Baptism
It is the official position of the church that all parents should be registered at a church before a baptism can take place.
If you are not a member, please click here to download a registration form. Once you’ve registered and taken the baptism class (details below), you can move forward with setting up a date for this sacrament.
Our baptisms occur on Sundays during or after either the 8:00 am or the 10:00 am Mass, whichever the family prefers. Dates for these need to be arranged with the Parish Office in advance of the baptism. If you need a different time, Fr. Gary is happy to accommodate as best as he can. The Baptismal Registration Form needs to be filled out and returned to St. Ambrose by mail or scanned and sent by email. Parish address and email are at the bottom of this page.

The Godparent Sponsor Form needs to be completed by the pastor of the godparent and returned to St. Ambrose. Details are on the form.
